Home Equity Line of Credit (Redi-Equity_SM at Banco Popular)

Citibank’s Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) will convert to Banco Popular’s similar product known as Redi-Equity_SM. You can access this line of credit via your checking account.

• Ordering checks
  If the payout period pertaining to your Citibank HELOC is still valid, Banco Popular will send you your first check order free of charge.
  
  You can continue using your Citibank HELOC checks until you receive your new set. You’ll be receiving your first order of checks in December, 2007.
   
• HELOC payments (Redi-Equity at Banco Popular)
  Your account statement will include a coupon that allows you to make payments by mail. If you have to make a payment and have not yet received your payment coupon, you can do so via:

1.Internet Banking – Make payments using our Internet Banking service via www.popular.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.TelePago Popular® – Call 787-724-3650 for 24-hour assistance.
3. Send a check or Money order to:

4.Visit any one of our 200 branches in Puerto Rico

• Direct payment or Auto Deduct
  If when you first originated your Citibank loan you established a direct payment or Auto Deduct from a Citibank account, Banco Popular account, or from any other institution, you will continue receiving this service.
  
  However, if you set up your payments as recurring payments via Citibank’s web site or via phone, it is important that you reprogram your payments. You can do so by contacting us at 787-724-3659, or 1-888-724-3659. You can also make payments yourself by using Banco Popular’s Internet Banking service via www.popular.com.
