    Your loan’s terms and conditions will remain as they were with Citibank. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please refer to the contract that you received from Citibank.

  • Payment coupons for your loan
    To make it easier for you, you can continue using your Citibank loan payment coupons until you receive a new set. Banco Popular will send you a new coupon booklet during the first few weeks of December.

    If you have to make any payments by December 1, 2007 and you have not yet received your new coupon booklet, you can make your payments using a Citibank payment coupon.

  • Loan payments
    Banco Popular offers different payment methods, including:
    1. Internet Banking – Make payments using our Internet Banking service via www.popular.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Direct payment or Auto Deduct
    If when you first originated your Citibank loan you established a direct payment or Auto Deduct from a Citibank account, Banco Popular account, or from any other institution, you will continue to receive this service.

    However, if you set up your payments as recurring payments via Citibank’s web site or via phone, it is important that you reprogram your payments. You can do so by contacting us at 787-294-2560, 787-724-3650 or 1-888-724-3650. You can also make payments yourself by using Banco Popular’s Internet Banking service via
    www.popular.com.
