Mi Banco Mobile app lets you manage your accounts and banking products from your mobile phone.

Services that keep you protected:

  • Log in to your account using facial recognition (available in models iPhone X  or higher and Android 4.0 or higher). If you have earlier models, you may use fingerprint: Touch ID for iPhone 5 and higher and Fingerprint Access for Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and higher.
  • Data encryption protects your information.
  • Activate the two-step verification1 tool to add an additional level of security when logging in to your account.
  • Use a unique password with at least 12 characters and a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers, it could even be a phrase. The more characters it has, the harder it is to guess or dechiper.
  • The Mi Banco Alerts2 service sends an email or text (SMS) notification for several account and card activities.
  • Enhanced shopping security via cellphone when you use Samsung Pay3.
