In case you are diagnosed with female breast cancer, uterine cancer, or ovarian cancer, this special program offers the following benefits:

 

1. Post-Diagnosis Monthly Income Benefit

You will receive a monthly benefit of up to $50,000 for a period of 2 years.  This benefit can be used to take care of your medical expenses or any other expense you may incur.

2. Extended Benefit for Home Expenses

You will receive a monthly benefit for 1 year with a maximum of $5,000.  This allows you to take care of the expenses associated with your home, giving you more time for you and your family.

3. Daily Hospital Cash Benefit

If you are hospitalized by medical recommendation, a daily benefit will be paid to you to cover the daily hospital expenses up to $10,000.

4. Surgical Expense Reimbursement

In case you require a surgical procedure due to a covered cancer, under medical recommendation, the Company will pay the actual charges incurred up to the maximum amount provided for under the Schedule of Benefits.

5. Mastectomy Benefit

If recommended by a physician, and as the result of an eligible cancer under this policy, you require a Mastectomy; you will receive reimbursement for expenses incurred up to a maximum of $2,500.  This benefit allows you to cover most major medical expenses.

6. Breast Reconstruction Reimbursement Benefit

One of woman’s greatest concerns is to maintain a positive image after a Mastectomy.  This benefit reimburses the charges made for the reconstruction of the breast mass removed in necessary mastectomy surgery by a qualified specialist physician up to a maximum of $5,000.
