Requirements

1. Accounts with Banco Popular:
   • a checking or savings account with an ATH card and validated PIN or,
   • a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued by BPPR
   • a Acceso Directo or Payroll card and validates PIN
2. Computer with Internet access (from home, work, school, Internet Café, etc.).
3. Internet browser with SSL support and 128 bit encryption. Learn more about our online security. We strongly recommend the use of the following browsers:
   • Firefox version 2 or higher for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Mac OS, UNIX and Linux
   • Internet Explorer version 6 or higher for Windows 2000 y XP
   • Internet Explorer version 7 or higher for Windows Vista
   • Safari version 1 or higher for Mac OS

First steps:

1. Enroll - To enroll, visit www.popular.com and click Enroll Now. There are only three steps to enroll, where you will create a unique username, a password, and choose three secret questions.
2. Log-in - To log-in, visit www.popular.com and click log-in. You will have to enter the username and password you created during the enrollment process. If you select remember your computer, we’ll place a token to identify your computer or if you select share or public computer we’ll ask you one of three secret questions.
3. Manage your accounts - Verify balances and account statements, pay bills, transfer funds, and receive e-Bills. Learn more about available services
