Protect yourself against fraud

With your safety in mind, we offer the following recommendations:

• Keep your credit and ATH® cards in a safe place.
• Do not share your PIN number with anyone, and do not write it or post it in the plastic as a reminder.
• For your safety, do not carry much cash, it is better to make payments with your ATH® card.
• Be careful when providing personal and financial information to any company that offers to issue credit or debit cards. It is important that you ask yourself and find out what services these companies offer:
• Is this company going to protect me against fraud?
• What security systems do they have to protect me against fraud?
• If I have a complaint, is the company going to respond?
• Do they have a call service center 24 / 7 that speaks Spanish?
• Can I use this card in other commercial establishments besides theirs?
