The fee shall be charged against a credit card or deposit account, Membership shall be canceled if there are insufficient funds for the fee. |

Those transactions or activities described in the Program catalog and those additional promotions that Popular may determine from time to time shall accumulate Points. Those Points shall be credited and debited depending on the type of transaction, and the details shall be kept in the program's internet page (www.Popular.com/premia). Customer Points in the regular level will expire every fourth December beginning on the date in which they were accumulated. Accumulated Customer Points at the Platinum PREMIA® level of the Program do not expire, as long as they are maintained at that level. In case the client stops belonging to the Platinum PREMIA® level, regular level expiration terms of Points and the regular level Membership fee apply.
For example, the points you accumulate on May 2005will expire on December 31, 2008. The points you accumulate in January 2006 will expire December 31, 2009. |

No, Upon registering, a Membership number shall be assigned under which all eligible accounts shall be registered in which the Customer appears as primary title holder, so they can accumulate Points jointly. Beginning at that Point, it can begin to accumulate Points in the Program. |

Points shall not accumulate for those transactions which Popular in good faith determines are commercial transactions even when they involve individual consumption products. Popular reserves the right to eliminate any Point granted for commercial transactions made for products of individual consumption. Only those transactions of commercial consumption that qualify for the Program, as determined by Popular from time to time, shall accumulate Points. |

The points are non-transferable or heritable. If the membership is cancelled for any reason, including death of the membership holder, divorce, delinquency, closing of accounts or any other situation, the points may not be redeemed and will be voided. |
