Image Guidelines

Guidelines to Load Images
  • To find out the format, image size and file size, position your cursor over the file and a small frame will automatically appear with the information.
    • The image files can be in either JPEG (*.jpg, *.jpeg) or Bitmap (*.bmp) formats.
    • The resolution of the image should be at least 840 X 840 pixels.
    • The file size should be no more than 10 megabytes (MB).
    • If you are going to use an image that you have received via e-mail, it could not have been attached to the e-mail as a photo, it needs to be attached as a file in order to maintain its original form.
    • Images that have been included in electronic albums provided by Internet services do not meet our specifications since such images have been altered from its original form.
  • If you significantly increase the scale of your picture it may print poorly.
  • The time your image takes to upload depends on your own Internet connection speed and image size.
  • On a typical 56k modem, each megabyte will take about 3 minutes to upload.
