2For the Positive Pay service, a monthly fee of $40 per account and a transaction tier fee will apply (1 to 50 = $0.06 / 51 to 250 = $0.04 / 251 and up = $0.02). For Reverse Positive Pay, a monthly fee of $10 will apply and a returned transaction fee of $15, regardless of the amount of the transaction. Positive Pay and Reverse Positive Pay are independent services subject to a service on account. You can choose the most convenient one. The prices of these services vary for Corporate Banking customers.

ACH Positive Pay Managed Service (EPA) entails an initial setup fee of $10 and a monthly fee of $10 per account. The price of this service varies for Commercial Banking (CBC) and Corporate Banking customers. The acronym ACH ("Automated Clearing House") refers to electronic transactions processed through the National Clearing House Association.
