With Mi Banco Comercial and Web Cash Manager℠, you get:

  • Protection by firewall security and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • Detailed information on your balances, transactions and personal-information-change alerts, in real time, with the Alerts service.
  • Constant review of the credit card and ACH transactions on your accounts by our fraud-prevention specialists. If we detect unusual activity in these types of transactions, we will contact you.
  • Requirement of security questions, two-step (out of band) or unique code (token) authentication to verify your connection or process high-risk transactions.


When using Web Cash Manager℠:

  • A temporary password is established for each user’s configuration. You must set a secure password of at least 8 alphanumeric characters.
  • The password will have an expiration date; you will have to change it every 90 days.
  • The system will automatically deactivate inactive users.
  • Should there be three failed attempts to access the system, the system will block your access and you will have to contact the bank to reactivate your account.
