 To check whether you're eligible without impacting your credit score, you must access our digital platform. When you enter your information, a credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score (soft pull) will be performed. If you are eligible, you will be presented with an offer that includes your credit limit and APR, valid for 10 days. If you accept the offer, a credit inquiry that may affect your credit score (hard pull) will be conducted. Applications submitted at branches or through TeleBanco Popular® (1-888-724-3653) require a hard pull from the start.

 Eligibility for the digital card is based on our ability to verify your identity. If you are eligible, you will see the information after completing the application process and receiving approval. You will be able to use it immediately for online purchases and add it to your digital wallet. The digital card will be available for 15 days through the portal from the date the account is opened, during which time you may continue using it even after receiving your physical card by mail.
