When entering your information to know if you are eligible for a credit card, a ‘soft pull’ inquiry will be generated, which will not impact your credit.  The offer presented on the platform will be valid for a period of 10 days. By accepting the offer, you authorize Banco Popular to make a “hard pull” inquiry into your credit report. This inquiry will be reflected in your credit report and may impact your credit score. ³ Earning TrueBlue Points: If your TrueBlue membership account number was included in the application, we will add that number to your Account automatically. If the TrueBlue membership account number that you provided is found to be invalid or you did not provide us with a TrueBlue membership account number, a new account number will be assigned. Only one TrueBlue membership account number will be established per Account and assigned to the primary cardmember on that Account. You earn TrueBlue points for purchases less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) made by you and/or any authorized user of the Account as follows: three (3) TrueBlue points for every dollar ($1.00) of eligible Net Purchases on tickets, goods and services purchased directly from JetBlue (“JetBlue Purchases”) for the JetBlue Mastercard Eleva card and two (2) TrueBlue points for every one dollar ($1.00) of eligible Net Purchases on tickets, goods and services purchased directly from JetBlue (“JetBlue Purchases”) for the JetBlue Mastercard. You earn one (1) TrueBlue point for every dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases made with the Account everywhere else. Balance transfers, cash advances (including cash equivalent transactions), fees, interest charges and unauthorized/fraudulent purchases do not earn TrueBlue points.

Your purchase must be $50 or more, less returns and credits, to receive this benefit. Limit of one $50 statement credit per calendar year per Account. Your JetBlue Mastercard will be billed for the full price of the JetBlue Vacations package. The $50 statement credit will appear within 6 to 8 weeks after the qualifying transaction is posted. You will not be eligible to receive the statement credit if your JetBlue Mastercard is closed or in default under your Cardmember Agreement at the time of fulfillment.

⁸ TrueBlue Mosaic® is the highest level of TrueBlue membership. To reach Mosaic status, the TrueBlue member needs to collect “tiles” with qualifying spend on JetBlue, JetBlue Vacations®, Paisly® by JetBlue, and JetBlue credit card purchases. To earn TrueBlue Mosaic status, the member must have earned at least fifty (50) tiles within the calendar year.  Mosaic status is earned based on the activity over the course of a calendar year. TrueBlue® is a frequent flyer program (the “Program”) offered by JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) and is not a product or program of Popular. JetBlue is solely responsible for establishing the terms and conditions of your participation and points accumulation in the Program. TrueBlue points awarded to your TrueBlue membership account do not expire. As long as the Program continues, and the Credit Card Account is open, active and in Good Standing, there is no limit to the total TrueBlue points you can earn using your Card. All TrueBlue points earned by the primary cardmember and any authorized user, through use of the Card, will be transferred to the primary cardmember’s TrueBlue membership account after the close of each billing statement. Responsibility of the Parties/Information Sharing: JetBlue is not a party to the Cardmember Agreement between you and Popular, does not participate in any extension of credit, and has no authority regarding the Account. Popular has no authority regarding the Program and is not responsible for any goods or services offered by JetBlue. You authorize Popular to share information about your Account with JetBlue and its affiliates and authorize JetBlue to share information about your Program membership with Popular and its affiliates, to the extent needed to administer the Program and the Account. You also agree that Popular may share Account information as set forth in Popular’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy for Popular is available online at popular.com.
