 Popular Premium is a program for customers who maintain an annual average balance of $100,000 or more in deposit and/or investment products at Popular. Additionally, customers who deposit an average of $15,000 or more per month into their personal accounts are eligible.

The program does not apply to International Banking customers and/or customers with accounts in the Virgin Islands. Accounts showing derogatory conditions or incorrect account management in Banco Popular de Puerto Rico's records or those of its affiliates are not eligible for this program. 

We will periodically review your accounts to maintain your eligibility in the program. After the evaluation, if you do not meet the requirements, you will stop participating in the program and if you have a Popular Premium account, it will automatically be converted to a Multicuenta Popular®.

The Popular Premium Service Center, 787.PREMIUM or 1.888.PREMIUM (toll-free) hours are: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (AST). Outside these hours, you will receive service through a TeleBanco Popular® consultant, or you can access your accounts through Mi Banco.
