Through the Popular Impact Fund, we promote the growth of companies that present innovative solutions to solve social and economic challenges.

We have allocated an initial amount of $15 million to make minority investments in private companies that are raising capital in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the United States.

  • Innovative companies that generate positive social impact in the communities we serve

Typical Investment Amount per Company

  • Between $250,000 and $1,000,000

Strategy

  • The Fund will typically coinvest, along with other investors, in the venture capital ecosystem

  • All stages, starting from Seed Funding until before Initial Public Offering (IPO)
