In light of the challenges posed by a positive cancer diagnosis, the Care4Cancer1policy gives you four (4) main benefits:

1) One-time payment from:

$10,000 to $30,000

on the first positive cancer diagnosis, according to the selected plan2.

2) Maximum annual reimbursement of:

$9,000

for X-ray therapy, radioisotope therapy and chemotherapy3.

3) From:

$200 to $300 each day

in hospitalization benefits3, unlimited.

4) Reimbursement of surgery expenses up to:

$8,000

for an unlimited amount of surgeries3.

Care4Cancer also gives you3 :

  • Compensation for screening tests.
  • Reimbursement of expenses for breast reconstruction surgery and for breast prostheses, among others.
  • Reimbursement of expenses for treatments, such as: blood and plasma, monitoring tests, experimental and alternative therapy, and home recovery, among others.

Exclusions:

  • Any cancer in which symptoms has developed before the first (30) days from your certificate's effective date.
  • Losses due to an accident or illness, except those that are a direct result of cancer.
