1 To check whether you're eligible without impacting your credit score, you must access our digital platform. When you enter your information, a credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score (soft pull) will be performed. If you are eligible, you will be presented with an offer that includes your credit limit and APR, valid for 10 days. If you accept the offer, a credit inquiry that may affect your credit score (hard pull) will be conducted. Applications submitted at branches or through TeleBanco Popular® (1-888-724-3653) require a hard pull from the start.
2 Eligibility for the digital card is based on our ability to verify your identity. If you are eligible, you will see the information after completing the application process and receiving approval. You will be able to use it immediately for online purchases and add it to your digital wallet. The digital card will be available for 15 days through the portal from the date the account is opened, during which time you may continue using it even after receiving your physical card by mail.
3 Earning TrueBlue Points: If your TrueBlue membership account number was included in the application, we will add that number to your Account automatically. If the TrueBlue membership account number that you provided is found to be invalid or you did not provide us with a TrueBlue membership account number, a new account number will be assigned. Only one TrueBlue membership account number will be established per Account and assigned to the primary cardmember on that Account. You earn TrueBlue points for purchases less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) made by you and/or any authorized user of the Account as follows: three (3) TrueBlue points for every dollar ($1.00) of eligible Net Purchases on tickets, goods and services purchased directly from JetBlue (“JetBlue Purchases”) for the JetBlue Mastercard Eleva card and two (2) TrueBlue points for every one dollar ($1.00) of eligible Net Purchases on tickets, goods and services purchased directly from JetBlue (“JetBlue Purchases”) for the JetBlue Mastercard. You earn one (1) TrueBlue point for every dollar ($1.00) of Net Purchases made with the Account everywhere else. Balance transfers, cash advances (including cash equivalent transactions), fees, interest charges and unauthorized/fraudulent purchases do not earn TrueBlue points.
4 Welcome bonus offer only applies to new accounts. TrueBlue points will appear as a one-time bonus in your TrueBlue account 8-10 weeks after purchase requirement is met. Your account must be open and in good standing to qualify for the Welcome Bonus point. This limited-time offer may be cancelled at any time without notice. 7 The primary cardmember and up to 3 travel companions on the same reservation each receive their first checked bag free on JetBlue-operated flights. All ticket purchases must be made with the JetBlue Mastercard Eleva and the cardmember’s TrueBlue membership account number must be entered at the time of booking. This benefit will not be available for travel on codeshare flights booked with a JetBlue flight number but operated by another airline. For the benefit to apply, the JetBlue Mastercard Eleva must be open seven (7) days prior to air travel and the reservation must include the primary cardmember's TrueBlue membership account number seven (7) days prior to air travel. 8 TrueBlue Mosaic® is the highest level of TrueBlue membership. To reach Mosaic status, the TrueBlue member needs to collect “tiles” with qualifying spend on JetBlue, JetBlue Vacations®, Paisly® by JetBlue, and JetBlue credit card purchases. To earn TrueBlue Mosaic status, the member must have earned at least fifty (50) tiles within the calendar year. Mosaic status is earned based on the activity over the course of a calendar year. 9 Cardmembers in good standing will qualify for a 50% savings on eligible inflight food and drink purchases. This savings will appear as an Account statement credit 4-6 weeks after the transaction is posted to the cardmember’s Account.
10 For each calendar year that you purchase a JetBlue Vacations package of $100 or more with your JetBlue Mastercard Eleva at jetbluevacations.com or 1-844-528-2229, you will receive a $100 statement credit. Your purchase must be $100 or more, less returns and credits, to receive this benefit. Limit of one $100 statement credit per calendar year per account. Your JetBlue Mastercard Eleva will be billed for the full price of the JetBlue Vacations package. The statement credit will appear 6-8 weeks after the qualifying transaction is posted. You will not be eligible to receive the statement credit if your JetBlue Mastercard Eleva is closed or in default under your Cardmember Agreement at the time of fulfillment.
TrueBlue® is a frequent flyer program (the “Program”) offered by JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”) and is not a product or program of Popular. TrueBlue points awarded to your TrueBlue membership account do not expire.
