You forgot your card or need to make a cash payment to someone?
With RETIRO MÓVIL you can withdraw or send cash to anyone, even if the recipient does not have a bank account. To cash out, the recipient just needs to visit an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) at one of Banco Popular’s branches with the RETIRO MÓVIL service. It’s that simple!
How to send?
- To send cash, you must have an individual or commercial (FlexiCuenta or BSmart) deposit account with a regular ATH® or ATH® International Visa Popular debit card. See how to send cash from your mobile.
- The daily limit to send cash is $500 or $1,000 if you have a premium account. Cash is sent in multiples of $20 (up to $200 per transaction).

1Member FDIC. This is a free service for customers who have an individual deposit account and / or business account (FlexiCuenta de Negocios y B-Smart) of Banco Popular and are registered in the Mi Banco Mobile application. To send cash you must have a ATH® or ATH® International Banco Popular debit card activated. Non clients will be able to collect the cash at one of Banco Popular’s ATMs once they download the Mi Banco Mobile application and select Retiro Móvil. Service available only at ATMs in branches of Banco Popular. Withdrawals are subject to the availability of Bank funds. Refer to the Funds Availability Policy at any of our branches. Customers can also refer to their Deposit Accounts Contract. Mi Banco Mobile is free of charge. You should check with your mobile service provider if charges for data transmission apply.
