This platform allows you to earn cash back by shopping through the links from participating merchants provided in the Mi Banco Mobile app, as well as benefits at merchants in Puerto Rico.
To participate in the program, you need to be a Mi Banco Mobile user. For the cash back section, you must have an eligible and active deposit account with Banco Popular; for the benefits section, you only need access to the Mi Banco Mobile app.

If you don’t have a deposit account with Banco Popular, you can conveniently open an e-account (online account) or click here for more options. Eligible accounts may change from time to time and are subject to the criteria established by Banco Popular.
You’ll receive your cash back within 90 to 120 days after your activity (purchase) is marked as pending in the My cash back section.
Your activity will appear as pending once the merchant confirms the transaction with Banco Popular. Some merchants notify within less than an hour, while others may take several days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the new activity is available in the My cash back section.
