e-Statements

Save time, paper and protect the environment. Receive automatically your account statements electronically when you enroll in
e-Statements.

Your request has been received and registered.

The e-Statements provide the same details as your regular paper statements and the best of all: they will be available in Mi Banco before you receive them by regular mail.

The free service allows you to:

  • Access your statements electronically.
  • View up to 18 months of electronic statements prospectively once the service is activated.
  • Download, print, or share statements from wherever you are.
  • Receive an email notification as soon as your statement is available.

Following the electronic statement activation, you can log in to Mi Banco Online and follow these steps:

  1. Click Edit Accounts in the menu on the left.
  2. Identify the account for which you want to receive paper statements.
  3. Click Active in the e-Bill/e-Statement column.
  4. Confirm your choice to deactivate the electronic statement.
