1Easy Deposit: You can use Easy Deposit service only at ATMs that feature the Easy Deposit logo. All cash deposited before 9:30 p.m. on business days will be available immediately for all types of transactions. Cash deposits made after 9:30 p.m. on business days and on non- business days will only be available for purchases or withdrawals using the ATH® debit card. Checks deposited before 6:00 p.m. on a business day will be processed the same business day, subject to deposit verification and validation. To learn more about the availability of funds on deposited checks, please refer to the Bank's Policy for Availability of Funds at any of our branches or in the Deposit Account Agreement.

2Retiro Móvil: Free service for customers who have an individual deposit account and / or business account (FlexiCuenta de Negocios® y B-Smart®) of Banco Popular and are registered in the Mi Banco Mobile application. To send cash you must have a ATH® or ATH® International Banco Popular debit card activated. Non clients will be able to collect the cash at one of Banco Popular’s ATMs once they download the Mi Banco Mobile application and select Retiro Móvil. Refer to the Funds Availability Policy at any of our branches. Customers can also refer to their Deposit Accounts Contract. Mi Banco Mobile is free of charge. You should check with your mobile service provider if charges for data transmission apply.

3Only applies to foreign currencies that are defined for commercialization by Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR), subject to their availability. Each transaction carries a foreign currency conversion fee. BPPR determines at its discretion the margin for each currency exchange rate, which includes risk, liquidity, and market factors. Said rate or exchange rate will fluctuate once a day, and the information is available in the Foreign Currency Department. For information you can call 787-722-3240 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on business days. In addition to the foreign currency conversion fee, each foreign currency purchase and sale transaction, whether at a branch or ATM withdrawal, carries a service charge of $10 dollars, if the conversion in US dollars (USD) is up to $1,000; or 1% of the conversion in USD, if the conversion is more than $1,001.

You can withdraw euros in denominations of €50 with any BPPR debit card and regular ATH®debit cards from any financial institution in Puerto Rico. BPPR clients have an allowed withdrawal limit of euros per day of €1,250, which may vary depending on seasons, availability, or risk factors. The amount allowed for withdrawals of euros with regular ATH®to clients of other financial institutions in Puerto Rico is determined by the institution where that client has a banking relationship. BPPR ATMs offer exchange rates updated daily, based on the movement of the international foreign currency market.
