CallBack Service – To receive the CallBack, you are required to provide us with your consent to receive the phone calls and text messages from the Banco Popular CallBack service to the phone number you enter. For the moment, international phone numbers will not be accepted. Mobile devices that receive SMS text notifications will receive confirmation and reminder through SMS messages, and you will also have the option to cancel your CallBack, if necessary. Some SMS notifications are only available in English. SMS notifications are a free of charge service provided by Banco Popular de Puerto Rico to its customers. SMS message charges may apply, depending on your phone plan. The availability of the CallBack service is subject to the hours of operation of TeleBanco Popular® and the call volume on the day and time selected.
