If you don’t receive the email in the next 24 hours, contact us at 787-724-3659 for deposit account, at 787-792-9282 for Auto accounts, or visit your nearest branch.

Documents requested after 8:00 p.m., will be processed the next day.

This platform will allow you to digitally request documents related to your deposit account or auto loan.

Documents related to your individual deposit account:

  • Active Account Certification
  • Account Balance Certification

Documents available for your auto loan:

  • Conventional Loan Settlement Balance Letter
  • Certification of Conventional Loan Cancellation
  • Certification of Leasing Cancellation

Documents will be sent via email. This service is free of charge.

 

To expedite your request for a document, please have at hand:

Deposit accounts:

  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
  • Deposit account number (9 digits)

Auto loan:

  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
  • Vehicle license plate number

IMPORTANT

This platform will not be able to process your request if:

  • Your deposit account or Auto loan/lease was originated in the Virgin Islands.
  • You have gone through or are going through an identity theft process.
  • You have gone through or are going through a bankruptcy case (Doesn’t apply to deposit accounts documents).
  • You are not registered in Mi Banco.
  • The application is for a business account.
