You will receive a credit on your account statement of up to $50 applicable to the annual fee while participating in the Premium Banking Services program. A single credit of up to $50 per customer. If you have more than one credit card account, the credit will be applied as established by the Bank. The Premium Banking Services Service Center can provide information on the application of the annual fee credit. The annual fee for the Black Dual is $150.

You can enjoy the benefits offered by the Premium Banking Services program as long as you maintain an annual average balance of $100,000 to $499,999 in your personal deposit accounts with Banco Popular, investments with Popular Securities, and/or annuities with Popular Risk Services, combined.
To determine your eligibility for the program, your accounts will be assessed on a yearly basis. If this assessment shows that you do not meet the requirements, you will no longer have access to the program benefits. Customers with a record of delinquency or account mismanagement with Banco Popular or any of its affiliates will not be eligible for this service.
Any delinquency or account mismanagement, including but not limited to, frozen accounts, past due accounts, and overdrafts, will result in suspension of the program benefits. The program does not apply to International Banking clients. Hours for telephone assistance for the Premium Banking Services Service Center are Monday–Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Outside those hours, you will receive service from a consultant through TeleBanco Popular®, or you can access your accounts through Mi Banco Online.
