To get started, open the Mi Banco Mobile app and follow the steps. All ATH® debit cards with the Visa logo, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards are eligible to be added to Apple Wallet.

In-stores

  • Face ID: Double-click the side button, look at the screen, and hold your iPhone near the reader.
  • Touch ID: Double-click the side button, place your finger on the home button, and hold your iPhone near the reader.

Online or In Apps

Select Apple Pay at checkout and complete the transaction with Face ID or Touch ID.

  • When you add your eligible debit and credit cards to Apple Pay, your account number is replaced with a token. This token is the one that will be sent to the merchant to make the payment, instead of the account number on your card; what we know as paying with digital wallet.

  • Yes. Apple Pay is an easy, secure, and contactless payment method. To shop with your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, or iPad, you need to confirm with Face ID or a passcode. Apple Pay doesn’t share your card number or identity, and your card information is never stored on your device or on Apple’s servers. When paying at merchants, neither Apple nor your device shares your card number with the merchant. When you shop in Safari or apps, only the necessary information to deliver your order, such as your name, email, and billing and shipping address, is shared.   • Go to Use Apple Pay on these devices for the full list of Apple devices that support Apple Pay.

  • Simply open the Mi Banco Mobile app and follow the steps.

  • On your device, go to Settings, select Wallet & Apple Pay, and then you can choose your default credit card.

  • You can add your card on all your Apple devices. If you have authorized users, they can also add their credit card to Apple Pay on their devices. However, for security purposes, the activation code will always be sent to the cardholder. The cardholder will need to share it with the authorized user to complete the setup. Likewise, you can add multiple eligible Banco Popular cards to your wallet to use on more than one device.

  • Open the Wallet app on your Apple device and choose your credit card to view its transaction history directly on your device.
