Club del Ahorro, Ahorro a Toda Hora, ATH POP, Regular con Libreta y Savings Regular Passbook:

Previously: no deposits, withdrawals or payments after 36 months, a $10 fee was applicable; effective on August 22, 2016, the months are reduced to 12 and a $5 monthly fee applies.

Garnishment Fee:

Checking accounts

Previously:any garnishment issued by the Court, CRIM (Centro de Recaudación Municipal), Internal Revenue Services (IRS), Treasury Department (Departamento de Hacienda), ASUME (Administración para el Sustento de Menores) and any other government agency a $50 processing fee was applicable; effective on August 29, 2016 a $75 fee applies.

Savings Accounts:
