Do you need to file a claim?

If you are a customer of Popular Insurance or Popular Risk Services and need to file a claim, we have several options for you.

  • Complete the claim form according to your loss (applies to all insurers except Grupo MAPFRE, as they will only accept claims notified directly to them. 
    • Claim Forms:
        • Flood Report (PI-044) - Complete if you suffered flood damage and have a policy through an insurer in Puerto Rico.
        • FEMA Flood Report - Complete if you suffered flood damage and have a policy through the National Flood Insurance Program
  • If you have a flood policy from the National Flood Insurance Program, you must file a claim within 60 days of the event date.
