Do you need to file a claim?

If you are a customer of Popular Insurance or Popular Risk Services and need to file a claim, we have several options for you.

Complete the claim form according to your loss (applies to all insurers except Grupo MAPFRE, as they will only accept claims notified directly to them.

If you have a flood policy from the National Flood Insurance Program, you must file a claim within 60 days of the event date.
