1The main investment objective of the Popular Core Equity Fund is long-term capital appreciation. The main investment objective of the Popular Total Return Fund is long-term capital appreciation, with a secondary objective of generating income. The minimum initial investment is $3,000. The initial sales charge shall be 2% of the total invested amount. The Popular Core Equity Fund has a 1.55% annual administration fee of the average daily net asset value of the Class. The Popular Total Return Fund has a 1.04% annual administration fee of the average daily net asset value of the Class. There are no penalties imposed by the Bank in case of withdrawal. Processing charges: $5 per instrument on withdrawals and returns for excess of contributions or withdrawals, $50 per instrument for rollovers to an eligible institution. A fee of $50 may apply to deposit instruments that are subjects to a judicial or governmental order (including but not limited to the Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service). Local law will impose a 10% or 15% penalty of withdrawn amount, if the withdrawal is for an unqualified reason.
