Learn more about the process

  • During the process, we may request documents about your property, assets, income, and credit. To help expedite your application, submit them within the established timeframe through the digital platform.

  • Cash is not allowed in mortgage transactions. Funds for the down payment and closing costs must come from a legitimate, identifiable, and documented source.

  • Not necessarily. When your application is approved, the interest rate will be determined according to the terms and conditions of the transaction and the market.

  • Once the loan application is approved, your closing officer will contact you to coordinate the date based on the availability of all parties involved.

  • All parties must be present at closing, unless there is a Power of Attorney. Some documents may be signed digitally before closing.
