Smishing is a technique used by hackers that consists of sending text messages, pretending to be a company or person, in order for you to provide personal information to access your bank account.

Remember that:

  • We will never ask you for confidential or account information via text message.
  • We will never send you a message to notify that your account or card has been blocked.
