  • The easiest, fastest and safest way to make your monthly payments. You can sign up with your mortgage number to have immediate access from your computer or your mobile device using the desktop option.

    • Enter Mi Banco Online and select “Make Payments”
    • Fill the information by entering your mortgage number
    • Chose the bank account from which you want to pay and the correct payment amount to complete the transaction
    • If you do not have an account with Popular, you must first register the other banking institution account you will use to make your payments
    • You can also access the periodic statements through e-Statement

    Remember to have your periodic statement on hand; you will need it to enter your mortgage number and the correct payment amount.

  • An easy, safe and convenient way to pay from your smartphone or tablet.

    • Download the Mi Banco Mobile app
    • Register your mortgage as a payee: select the option “Mortgage, loans and leasing”
    • Fill the information by entering your mortgage number
    • Chose the bank account from which you want to pay and the correct payment amount to complete the transaction
    • If you do not have an account with Popular, you must first register the other banking institution account you will use at Mi Banco Online desktop version

  • Popular Call Center: assistance available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days.
    • Through TeleBanco you can pay various accounts at the same time and make your mortgage payments at any time. Call 787.724.3650 or 1.888.724.3650 toll free.
    • Through TelePago you can register or program recurring mortgage payments. Speak to one of our representatives or use the automated service by calling 787.724.3652 or 1.888.724.3659 toll free.

  • Call 787.775.1100 or 1.800.981.1982 toll-free to make your payments or receive any information related to your mortgage:

    • Make your payments quickly, easily, and securely through the automated system, without the need to interact with a representative, available 24 hours a day. Select option 1 for Payments, and the automated system will guide you step by step until the transaction is complete.
    • If you wish to make your payment with an agent or have questions related to your mortgage loan, please call, and one of our Mortgage Services representatives will assist you.
    • Hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays and some holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    Remember to have your statement handy so you have your mortgage number and the correct payment amount available.

Payments made after 5:00 p.m., on weekends or holidays will be effective the next business day.
